Service Overview

DeepSoil AI provides artificial intelligence-powered agricultural consulting, garden planning, soil analysis, and farming optimization services through our web platform and AI assistants.

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• • Access and use the Service for your personal or business agricultural needs
• • Create, store, and manage agricultural data within the platform
• • Receive AI-generated recommendations and insights
• • Export your personal data in standard formats

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• • Use the Service to create competing products or services
• • Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers) without permission
• • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access

Your Content

"User Content" includes all data, information, text, photos, videos, documents, and other materials you submit, upload, or create using the Service, including:

• • Chat conversations, questions, and feedback provided to AI systems

Rights You Grant to Us

You hereby grant DeepSoil AI a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:

• • Use and Process: Use your content to provide, improve, and develop our services
• • Modify and Adapt: Edit, modify, and create derivative works from your content
• • Train AI Models: Use your content to train, test, and improve our AI systems
• • Create Insights: Analyze your content to generate anonymized agricultural insights and research
• • Distribute Derivatives: Share anonymized insights, patterns, and derivative works with other users and third parties
• • Store and Backup: Store, copy, and backup your content across our systems
• • Sublicense: Grant sublicenses to service providers who help us operate the platform

Commercial Use of Data

We may use anonymized, aggregated insights derived from User Content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: creating agricultural reports, developing new products and services, conducting research, and licensing insights to third parties. These activities help us continue providing and improving our services.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your original User Content. However, the rights granted above survive termination of your account and allow us to continue using derivative works and insights created from your content.

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.

Token System

Our AI services operate on a token-based system where:

• • Different AI models consume different amounts of tokens
• • Token consumption varies based on request complexity and type
• • Tokens may expire according to your subscription plan terms
• • We reserve the right to adjust token rates with 30 days notice

Payment Terms

• • All fees are due in advance and non-refundable except as stated below
• • Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension
• • We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice
• • Taxes are your responsibility unless otherwise stated

Refund Policy

• • Subscription Refunds: 7-day refund period for new subscriptions if no tokens were used
• • Token Purchases: Non-refundable once purchased (digital goods)
• • Technical Issues: Refunds may be provided for service outages exceeding 24 hours
• • Billing Errors: We will correct legitimate billing mistakes

Account Responsibilities

• • Maintain accurate and current account information
• • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• • You are responsible for all activities under your account

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription term.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

• • Violation of these Terms or our policies
• • Non-payment of fees
• • Fraudulent or illegal activity
• • Abuse of our systems or other users
• • At our sole discretion with 30 days notice for any reason

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but our rights to use your content as described in Section 3 will survive termination. We may retain your data for backup and legal compliance purposes.

AI-Generated Content

Our AI systems provide recommendations and insights based on available data and machine learning models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. Always use your own judgment and consult with qualified professionals for important agricultural decisions.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Maintenance, updates, and technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPSOIL AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

The Service, including all software, algorithms, AI models, databases, and content created by us, is protected by intellectual property rights owned by DeepSoil AI. This includes derivative works and insights created from user data.

AI Models and Training

Service Changes
